大尺寸复合材料结构的真空辅助树脂传递模塑自动加工工艺

摘要(Abstract)：
真空辅助树脂传递模塑工艺(VARTM)通常用于制造大尺寸复合材料零件。在本研究中,开发了被称为按顺序多浇口自动化树脂传递模塑(SMART-Moling)的先进VARTM系统,旨在使浸渍工艺完全自动化。在树脂注入和在线控制期间,该系统引入了按顺序注入VARTM工艺、控制流动的操作机构、探测流动特性的传感元件,使操作机构的开、关得到优化。在实验室规模工艺试验期间,成功地论证了该工艺。
