雷锡恩公司积极拓展赛博安全和电子战领域

摘要(Abstract)：
近年来,美国第一大导弹武器制造商雷锡恩公司斥巨资并购了一系列赛博安全领域的公司,进军赛博安全领域;2011年6月,又并购了以定向能为主要专业领域的Ktech公司,标志着该公司向电子战武器领域迈进了一步。结合美国军方近期授予的合同内容及军方人士的谈话,对雷锡恩公司的上述并购发展动向进行了分析和解读。
