摘要(Abstract)：
基于美国空军、美国国家航空航天局(NASA)等官方研究报告以及国防科学委员会(DSB)、兰德公司(RAND)、政府问责署(GAO)等多家智库的评估报告,详细梳理了国家空天飞机(NASP)计划的来龙去脉,分析了NASP计划存在的主要争议,并总结NASP计划的经验教训。
